Go through the 13 game unbeaton run

and check the formation and personel. You will struggle to find a game with players out of position, or a starting formation change. I don't actually think there is a single game.

The changes then started (with young Gibbs having hisdebut on the left against Hull? was it) then the dismal playing out of prosition of young Right Winger Henry (and discarding the 1 attacking winger away from home plan that had worked so well) against Leicester.
