I think it's a bit bonkers, personally. I'd be interested to see the history of the word's definitions, 'cos I'd always thought that race was of genetics while nationaliy was of geography/descendency, but there you go.

I got the rough edge of someone's tongue when telling them that calling someone a "dutch c**t" wasn't racist but was certainly nationalistic, and going by that dictionary, they were in the right.
