Roeder's performance as manager so far can only be described as a massive success

even with the recent wobbles, not even fergusen gets it right wll the time.

We were well bottom and playing the worst football I have ever seen at NCFC under Duffy and Grant. Roeder took us with some excellent loans to a 13 game unbeaton run and within play-off contention at one point.

As long as the wobbles and dodgy selections stop then a massive success IMO.
