until we know which players are here next season. And I think if GR keeps chopping and changing the team next season as much as he is now then I can't see us any higher than 10th. He changes things around far too much - no-one can get a settled partnership together, which is essential at this level.

Shack and Doc were looking a good partnership at last, with both their confidence high, and he brings in Pearce, destroys Shack's confidence and turns him to s**te again.

Jury's out for me about pretty much everything at the club.
