At the end of the day we all make mistakes in our jobs,

Roeder is in the unfortunate position where his mistakes are more obvious than say you or I. Some people who post on here or the pinkun or wherever, never ever make mistakes so they dont get it when those of us who are not as perfect as them f**k up. Lets be honest, has he really done much else wrong since his arrival? I think not.
