Takes 8:44 to Malmo Syd and then 25 mins or so across the bridge to Copenhagen. So there's an option for you perhaps? You definitely need a reservation for that and I'd guess you should book well in advance. Doesn't say how much on either the German or Danish website; but it's probably no cheaper than SleazyJet.
