Kindly refrain from scoring whilst I am having a smoke in my shed listening to the radio.
Running out of the shed and into the garden to prance around like a loon has aggravated the shoulder injury I sustained playing football sunday before last.
As a result it looks like i'm back off to the docs sometime this week.
