one of my close insiders at norwich have informed me that glenn is packing his backs and off to become director of football at sunderland, glen is finding the stresses of day to day mangement hard and wants to take more of a back seat role, also my insider said he has struggled to settle down with his family and he wants to move back up north of the border,

will be interesting to see how you boys get on if this rumour is true
