The only thing pissing me off...

is the fact that he hasn't put a transfer request in yet. If he's so desperate to get to Portsmouth (or any other Prem club), then why doesn't he put an official request in? We will then save a bit of money on his signing on fee and possibly be able to reduce the asking price.
