I've ridden a bike to work inorwich

for best part of twenty years
7 miles a day
been hit twice - once ended up under the car, once through the windscreen

Never ever expect car drivers to take any notice of you

oh I have also been spat at and punched round the back of the head by a passenger as the car went past me

most days it's ok though...
