Run a normal scan using AVG or something similar. Unplug internet connection and turn off system restore by going into control panel and system. Restart computer in safe mode using f8. Run the program above and choose option 2. When it asks if you wish to clear the register say yes. Also say yes to replace ccl.

Still in safe mode, run full avg scan to make sure all worked.

Re-boot computer and turn system restore back on and plug internet back in. And you shall be free of virus,adware and those annoying popups!!!!
