West Brom'll come good, and the ambition of Mogga's style of play is what a) makes them vulnerable; but b) will keep them up next season.
You also have Boothroyd, Warnock, McCarthy, Coleman, Jones and Sturrock, who have to be considered better than Roeder at this point: his record contains many holes, theirs far fewer. That's no criticism of him - the job he's done so far has been astonishing - but 'best manager in this division' is seriously stretching things at this point.
