We all go through periods like that

Villa Away really sticks in my mind - I was extremely close to leaving early (which I Just Don't Do) - last time we were up.

But generally the experience was of refs worse than we get at present - cos they favour the bigger team and we were never the bigger team; utterly s**te fans - cos they're not real fans, they're people who've bought into a marketing franchise and don't really understand football at all, and certainly don't f**king sing; ludicrous prices - how anyone can follow their team home and away on a regular basis on anything like an average wage if they also have a family is simply beyond me; and indifferent senior club management.

Yet, come Fulham, we were all so f**king desparate to stay up - well I know I was - and I would love it, just love it, if we went up this term (though clearly that's not going to happen now).

Funny, really...
