Re Gazzer's detainment

It crosses my mind that those who fail totally to recognise the effects of mental illness (he is a tosser, deserves all he gets, etc) are actually suffering from a mental illness themselves which manifests itself in total denial laced with small doses of Tourettes and paranoia.
