It is an inevitable fact that if you want loan players from the top clubs

they are going to have to be guaranteed games. Shawcross to Stoke earlier in the season for example. Im not sure reading and boro would/should have the same clout.

Having said that Shawcross is now a stoke player - 1 million quid starting, and could well be a premiership player with them next season.
