If people when take lumps out of each other they should be allowed to, on the following conditions:

They all get together in a pit so that no innocent bystanders are hurt

Anyone who wants to "watch/support" will have to get in the pit with them

None of the participants should have access to NHS treatment.

With luck, that should thin their numbers, or at best, prevent them from passing their genes on.
