Holloway took over at QPR when they were rock bottom - in to administration and nearly every player sold.

He got them out of League One and in to the top half of the Championship with next to no money. As soon as he was sacked (on a whim) they nearly went down under Waddock/Gregory.

He improved Plymouth considerably and has been at Leiceter five minutes.

Found out? Hardly.
