The only time I am glad of a filter is when the cricket is on, as we get a blow-by-blow

account of the world's most s**tty, boring and annoyingly lengthy sport which ends up taking up the whole page.

The odd one here and there I don't care about.

Mind you, most of the time people don't use the right subject category anyway so the filter doesn't work.
