Just Back From Game....

That was one of the best goals I have seen in years from Evans to win it. Overall a draw was probably a fair result but a goal like that deserves 3pts

1st half was really open and although we should have had a couple of goals, Cardiff had a number of good chances too. As the half went on we sat too deep and gave away possession way too easily

Our goal was worked really well and tbh ched should have had a second. One concern though was our knack of bringing everyone back for corners which meant too often the ball just came back when we tried to clear it

Second half much tighter with few chances although Marsh made one great save.

Ratings:
Marsh - 7 did all he was asked and commanded the box well
Camara - 7 solid did well and looked much more in control than when I last saw him @ Southampton
Shax & Doc - 8 really good
Bates - 6 gave the ball away too often and was responsible for their goal
Bertrand - 7 set up first goal well and whilst he drifted a couple of times he is improving all the time
Fozzy - 7 quiet struggled to get hold of the ball but when he did more often than not used it well
Russell - 7 improving all the time under GR, busy and got stuck in well
Croft - 8 had an immense first half but drifted out the game in the second as it tightened up... his commitment on a couple of occasions was awesome
Dublin - 8 everything went thru him, his hold up play & lay offs gave us an outlet all afternoon
Ched - 9 THAT GOAL and a threat throughout

Subs - Hux was hilarious winding up Cardiff fans while warming up he also did well when he came on

GR is a legend, onwards and upwards !
