Arsene wenger got lucky buying henry, if fergie didn't get rooney and ronaldo in he would have been gone by now etc etc... A mangers job is to see what money they have, identify what areas need players, and get in the right players and play the right tactics.. he done that... and the play off year.. 2m? i cant remember that much..refresh my memory on who he spent that on please...
