only a bad manager tries to be 'fun'; Roeder's obviously been to the Machiavelli school of management and doesn't care if the players like him. He has got rid of the players who don't have that drive to succeed and Fozzy says there's a real competition for places. Leaving out Hucks on Saturday has sent a clear signal to players like Martin and Cureton that they have to pull their socks up.
