Have to throw in a few late comments.

I am frankly astonished that a professional footballer would even hint at the fact they "thought" about chucking a game because they didnt get on with the manager.

If this were a major prem player saying this it would be front page news.

If a player in any major sport in the US ever said this they would probably be suspended indefinately.

The integrity of the game should be the most important thing in professional sports.

You have a duty, first and formost to the fans who pay your wages to act in a manner which upholds the title
"professional"

I cant think of a bigger "f**k you" than this.

Of course GR is a ruthless bastard.
Thats the main reason we are doing so well.

He got rid of the players who were s**t and those who didnt have the stomach for a fight when we were losing.

Im sure the players who stayed are happy to pick up win bonuses on a nore regular basis.
