you have made a decison about somebody based on the colour of their skin

by suggesting that yesterday's ref only got to ref in the Championship because he is of Asian extraction

if he was a crap white ref would he be fulfilling some quotas?

is that simple enough for you?

is it that hard for you to believe that a non-white could have risen to such a height without there being some sinister PC plot behind it?

as you point out though, that's just your opinion...
