i can see both sides

from our pov they are parasites who get in the way of an otherwise straightforward transaction and try to maximise their cut for doing the cube root of f**k all mostly.

from the players pov though, the players know they're as good at business matters as most serious business people are at football, and i can see the attraction in "outsourcing" the business side of your career if you're any kind of professional sportsman.

i seem to recall huck's agent trying it on a little, and yes iirc huck did tell him to shut the f**k up after a time.

so i'll regrade my original 50/50 opinion to 75 c**t/25 misunderstood. still don't think it's 100% though.

god it's amazing what bollocks i'll spout when bored isn't it ;-)
