Francis has an average first touch and is cumbersome on the ball and certainly isn't a creative midfielder.

However, he does have good energy and strength, and knows where the goal is.

I wouldn't say they are comparable as they are both two different types of player.

I think they both have their individual strengths, and individual shortcomings.
