all seems pretty reasonable to me

and i don't see any reason why anyone should be anymore skeptical about results/qualifications from McDonalds than they would be from any other organisation, after all, it's not as if the level of government funding a training/examinations centre recieves is in anyway related to the results their pupils achieve is it...
