Not everybody can go to University though. And this is about professional education. It's

a nightmare sometimes to sift through it. For example - I have done about 5 different courses on Project Management. Some were soft skills only, some focused on planning, others on organisation, one on a particular methodology, and so on (goes for other courses I've done as well). Therefore I know if I am looking for a project manager and they list project management training that they followed, I still don't know what the content of that was.

Formalising the training helps a lot.
