Emperor Richard Balls

Is it just me or does anybody else think Richard Balls is like a Roman Emperor? I think it would be good if after every match there was a hushed awe when we all turned to Emperor Richard Balls in his throne by the Snake Pit to see if he gave the thumbs up or the thumbs down. We could all then follow his direction and either give a rousing cheer or mocking boos. Your thoughts on the matter?
