But our squad is VERY small

We need at least 3 signings this month I feel, as if we get a few injuries we are FCUKED! Roeder seems to know what he is doing, but I do fear we will end up with no new players, and it will be hope and pray time then. Its a tough league, you need a decent size squad and a bit of luck, lets hope we get oth.
