So - from the back of the fag packet

what are the answers to these?

1. How do you ring-fence the funds to stop the club spending the money on other things? As we know, the club had cash-flow problems in January 2006 - if the creditors need paying, or the wages need paying, how do we stop them raiding the Norwich City Kitty?

2. Suppose the scheme had started a year ago - and been successful. And the first "Norwich City Kitty" player had been signed in the summer. And it was Strihavka. How many people would carry on contributing?

A better way for the club's financial position to be improved is for it to stop signing untalented / unfit players.
