but......

at he end of the day it was a decision. in the long run i think the fact that we have a manager who has the cojones to make and stand by a decision may well prove to be more effective than one who stood by and allowed others to make a decision for him. however, i am slightly pissed so therefore my opinion might, incredibly, be slightly less than worthy of consideration by a gnat.
