Premiership: three "mini leagues", only 3 teams with any real chance (one more than most years recently), teams just try to shut up shop. 15 ponts from top to 4th.
Featured match: Newcastle v Bolton; hugely hyped, judging by the radio 5 commentary totally without entertainment (the same description could be appled to the whole Premier League).
The Championship: everyone can beat anyone and tries to; 15 points from top to 14th and only 25 top to bottom.
Featured match: Norwich v Leicester; three shots back off the post, disallowed goal, penalty incidents, numerous chances, a bundle, face off between the managers.
Which sell out crowd got value for money?
Strangely, the Match Live stats suggest there was one more chance in the Newcastle game than in ours. Didn't sound that way on the radio.
