Giving Newcastle A Hard Time Again!

Note that their Board have announced this morning that Keegan will be given "all the time in the world" at Newcastle to turn things around and that it will be a "long job" requiring "patience and understanding".

So he's going to get at least 6-8 months to win the Premiership (with a goal difference of +75 and a side including Kaka, Raul, and Norberto Solano) then, rather than Sam's 12 games?

Blimey.

I am amazed at the excitement up there at his arrival-and recalling when, pre-Roeder, when people bandied his name around, semi-seriously, as our new Manager, most were totally aghast at the possibility!

Obviously we have higher expectations than Newcastle!
