luckily live in GL4, abbeymead..... its 2 miles from the centre and half way up a hill, so ok round my way....

many city centre houses and roads were flooded tho, and roads out of glos flooded!

couple of friends STILL have no flooring, waiting for the red tape insurance companies to sort them out, and i hear plenty of people havnt yet got back into their houses for the same reason......

last thing we need now are more floods......

nearly bought a house in tewkesbury, but mrs chelt had the foresight to see the development was built on a flood plane, so was put off! lucky me i listened to her!
