canary call....this is probably against the law but.........what would be..

a good idea is....if the caller is being completely ridiculous ( as is the norm). Then without warning an extremely large elecronic voltage should be transmitted down the phone line. Hence rendering the caller unconsious for a good few days. They would then think twice about phoning in to canary call.
