He's put £12m into the bank account for future transfers and wages.

Debt is accruing interest and will be repayable ONCE ITFC HAVE BEEN IN THE PREMIER LEAGUE FOR FIVE CONSECUTIVE SEASONS...and it's a damn sight easier to pay when you're being handed £40m a season...

Seems unlikely that Evans would demand repayment at levels which would harm the club's chances of success as from his point of view, he's much more likely to get a buyer (for a helluva lot more than he paid) in the Prem. Reducing the operating budget reduces this likeliness.

He's said that there's more money to follow if required in order to help the promotion push, although he has said that this could happen this season or the next or the next...
