I'm not saying you'd do everyday, but a lot of people will do that

drink 4-5 times a week, 4-5 pints in those nights, enjoy, keep fit and eat healthily

The only last damage they'll probably do is to their liver

As they get older passed 40 they'll probably slow it down and not do it that regularly

It's no big deal though, but obviously can turn into one if you want or need more
