It was a while ago, and we were flying up en masse, from Stanstead to Scotland using KLM/Air UK. It was a big high profile project
The reliability of the airline was at best suspect, so a leaflet called "The Grounded Dutchman" was created, in response to the delays cancellations and cock-ups we had to endure.
KLM got wind of the “publication” and made an official complaint to the Chairman of our parent company (one of the UK major clearing banks) about the leaflets that were left lying around the departure lounge.
The author, who sits next to me at work is still banned from KLM Worldwide.
