THe general ballot isn't open until next week, but the Telegraph have

3,000 places on the run, and you can enter thier ballot by going to User Posted Link . But do that before midnight friday (or something, I know it closes soonish)

People who aren't succesful in the Telegraph's ballot automatically get entered into the general ballot.
