Assuming you mean that you already have static IPs on your network that you do not want your router to assign dynamically:

Configure your router's DHCP server to either limit the scope of the subnet lease to not include those static IPs - or exclude them specifically.

Alternatively, if it's only one PC that is getting a dynamic IP, you could configure the DHCP server to reserve a particular IP for it.

Alternatively, if it's just the one PC, give it a static IP of it's own and you won't have to worry about it.
