I signed up with them a couple of days ago

I had a question yesterday, phoned them up on a local number (ie UK not 0845) spoke to somebody in English with a northern accent, got the answer I was after in approximately 90 seconds, and I didn't have to press any f**king buttons to navigate a f**king menu system. I'm well happy.

Just have to get the actual broadband now!
