I email Neil Doncaster quite often and get a reply always within 1-2 hours. On Wednesday I emailed him and he was meant to be in but was out all day and yesterday he was in but ' a bit busy'. One thing you can say about Neil is he always takes time to answer emails unless he has very important things taking up his time
