Crumbs. I've never used belkin kit myself, so I couldn't explain why the network name

is different via wifi, but it does sound like it's just forgotten the wifi network details you gave it. You'll have to go to the config via ethernet and set up the network name, encryption type and network key stuff.

Can you see the internet when you connect via ethernet at the moment? If not then you'#ll also have to resupply it with your ISP username + password and any other junk.
