Some good. some bad, some average

Interestingly from that it seems to be when he spends big that he has a lower success rate.
Duff was a good signing, Martins is ok but probably not worth £10m.
Getting Etherington in a swap deal was a decent bit of business, Rob Lee on a free wasn't bad either for a short term solution.
Some howlers in there too though.
