I think his point was that it's hard to judge Roeder's 'business nous' yet - as the first post did - given that he has yet to make a single permanent signing.
Whereas Magilton, having been there much longer, has made a number of decent signings (I'll have to take others' word for that - don't much care about Ipswich either way).
So no criticism of Roeder - it's just too early to say much about how good he is at identifying and signing players on permanent deals.
