Bruges/Brugge in Belgium.

Very romantic, very small - can do the sightseeing thing in a couple of days. It's like a baby Amsterdam without the drugs and British tourists. It's a short trip and a couple of quid upgrade to first class from the Brussels Eurostar terminal.
