With Dion that's perfectly understandable

He can't last 90 minutes week in, week out; but more than useful coming off the bench to add to attack or defence or just for the experience.

Croft should be at or near his peak physically - I can't see the point of holding him back - unless he truely can't last a full 90 minutes. In which case, we desperately need a true right winger.
