Croft...

After every game it always seems the same: everybody saying that the game changes when Croft comes on for the last 20, 30 or 45 minutes and cry out for him to start. Clearly, whoever starts on the right wing is not up to it and Croft is a solution. So why doesn't he start? Is it just that the chubby fellow is (naturally?) unfit and can't last 90 minutes?
