It was very! I'm certainl no IT expert

can barely turn on the PC(!) but even one of the nerds from our IT Dept had real probs & gave up. In end had to pay someone else to come out & do it & it took him a couple of hours.
Maybe it was my pc or some techy reason - but it was a f**ker
