Dutch player rumours?

anyone see the video interview with GR on CW where he mentions his scouts going to Holland twice to watch someone.
Obviously there is something in it or he wouldnt have gone out of his way to mention it.
Seems like he is dropping a hint that we have a deal lined up.
Especially when he said he has no problem bringing foreign players to the club.
Anyone hear anything?
